Intermed Hospital is the first hospital in Mongolia that built under the European standards and aims at delivering world-class healthcare services in our homeland, Mongolia, through pioneering and innovative healthcare advancements. From 2014 to 2017, the hospital management was lead by the joint management team of United Family, American hospital network that operates in Asia. During these years, Mongolian doctors and specialists have cooperated with American specialized doctors in the fields of diagnosis, treatment and training.
Our hospital officially works closely with local and international hospitals and medical organizations through referral services and training purposes, such as medical staff exchange, doctors training program, second opinion, collaborative surgery and patient transfer.
Intermed Hospital has a partnership with Korean University Medical Center (KUMC) and its affiliated hospitals. Especially, we are working closely with Korean University Anam Hospital.
Korean University Anam Hospital has developed from 400-bed Hyehwa Hospital to be what it is today, about 1000-bed large medical facility. Also, it has been JCI accredited since 2009.
"Fortis Healthcare Limited" of India is delivering medical services to customers through its 45 medical centers located in the 15 large cities of India and some of the Asian cities and countries, such as Dubai, Mauritius and Sri-Lanka. Additionally, it has approximately 10,000 beds and 314 diagnosis centers.
Intermed Hospital works closely with Fortis Hospital and our doctors and specialists conduct joint consultation annually.
Peking University International Hospital(PKUIH) is a large hospital that has over 1,800 beds and was opened in 2014.
On the 11th of August, 2017, Intermed Hospital and PKUIH have set up the foundation of further cooperation by signing the "Memorandum of Understanding".
Raffles Hospital of Singapore and Intermed Hospital have signed "Memorandum of Understanding" on the 4th of September, 2017. As it is stated in the MoU, Intermed Hospital's clients and employees can get discount/offer that listed in the MoU from Raffles Hospital.

Raffles Hospital of Singapore is the branch of "Raffles Medical Group" which operates in 13 cities of Asian countries, including China, Japan, Singapore and so on. Raffles Hospital was first established in 2002 and has been JCI accredited since 2008.
Our hospital cooperates with specialized medical centers of Ulaanbaatar and Khan-Uul Medical Center through conducting patient transfer, diagnosis and analysis, and organizing training.
A framework of cooperation was established between Intermed Hospital (previously called "United Family Intermed Hospital"") and Mongolian National University of Medical Science /MNUMS/ on December 9th, 2014. The UFIH Director, T.Bolormaa and MNUMS President, G.Batbaatar signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreeing on the following mutually beneficial cooperation: Improving professional knowledge and skills of medical professionals by implementing joint training programs, introducing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and having related standards and guidelines approved by authorities, implementing joint research projects and programs, and sharing experiences in organization and management of modern hospital facilities.
By signing the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation" with "National Cancer Research Center" on 24th of January, 2017, the foundation of further partnership and cooperation between public and private hospitals have been established.
According to the memorandum, both hospitals will work together by exchanging experience, jointly organizing training, workshop, and research conferences, conducting the patient transfer and so on.
Also, Intermed Hospital is working with leading local and international medical suppliers. We aim to use the latest and the safest medical equipment and technology. Additionally, we are now working with four airlines to provide "Medical evacuation" (MedEvac) services to all patients who are in need of emergency medical service.
